China travel guide

My love affair with China began in 2009 when I came to the country for the first time as a wide-eyed twenty something. As challenging and infuriating as life in China can often be, it’s probably been the most rewarding country from all my years spent living abroad. My first two teaching contracts were in Beijing, while for my third stint I chose the wildcard location of Rui’an, a low-key city in the southeastern province of Zhejiang.
