Lonely Planet describes the Spanish city of Seville as“a doorway to the past”. It’s an apt description for an enchanting place boasting medieval streets, a giant gothic cathedral, baroque churches galore, opinion-dividing sculptures, world class museums and quite possibly the most jaw-dropping city square I’ve ever seen.
